This achievement is a testament to the dedication and growth I’ve invested in honing my coaching abilities, and I’m incredibly proud to be able to apply this knowledge to complex situations and contribute to workplace culture transformation.

This journey of growth has been especially significant for me as it ties directly into my Master’s culminating project. For this project, I created a video presentation that provides an overview of my Higher Purpose and Signature Presence as a Leadership Coach. This process has deepened my understanding of how my coaching style impacts others and has elevated my approach to coaching.

For me, coaching is an evolving journey—one of discovery and intention, and I look forward to continuing this journey with clarity, purpose, and a commitment to fostering growth in those I work with.
