Lodgepole Leadership Consulting was founded by Shonna Murphy, a Certified Executive Leadership Coach, Facilitator, and Consultant with a passion for helping leaders and teams unlock their full potential. With a background in leadership development, team dynamics, and curriculum design, Shonna has spent over 20 years working with corporate executives, nonprofit organizations, First Nation communities, and outdoor education programs. Shonna has built a reputation as an authentic, motivating, and engaging coach. Her work has earned her national recognition for excellence in Executive Training Programs, Leadership Conferences and local Non-Profit Leadership.

I’m Shonna, and like Lodgepole pines, I create environments for emerging leaders to rise through every stage of succession—cultivating the optimal conditions for transformative growth, not halted by challenge, but ignited by it.
I specialize in helping professionals and organizations navigate leadership challenges, improve team performance, and create strong, purpose-driven workplaces.
I believe that great leadership starts with self-awareness, a willingness to grow, and the right support. My purpose is to provide you with the tools, guidance, and the optimal challenge level to help you create meaningful change—for yourself, your team, and your community.
I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Executive Leadership. As well, I am a certified Leadership Coach and Facilitaror, with over 20 years of experience in leadership curriculum development, experiential outdoor education, and adventure programming—which is where my land-based approach originates.
